Due to the recent world events surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) The Phoenix Movement have decided to offer all of our Online Programs for FREE for 30 days.

In times of great uncertainty, we all need to come together and do whatever we can to help each other. Exercise has proven benefits to help decrease stress and reduce anxiety and even if we are not able to make it to the gym we should continue to move and be active. We have a range of different programs and while some do use equipment the requirements are minimal and can easily be adapted to suit an individual’s unique circumstances.

We will continue to do all we can in these trying times and encourage others to live with compassion and empathy as we are all in this together.

Is our beginner introduction to Bodyweight movements.

BUILD LEAN MUSCLE

 Is a 8 week Strength|Hypertrophy program.

This program has a particular focus on the Legs and Core as they make up three of the five training days. The other two days are Upper Body Days with one having a stronger focus on the pushing musculature with the other day geared more towards pulling.
