DESCRIPTION

Build Lean Muscle is a 8 Week program that utilise a lot of the different approaches that have helped form the way we train over the years. It is a combination Strength|Hypertrophy program designed for overall physique enhancement.

This program has a particular focus on the Legs and Core as they make up three of the five training days. The other two days are Upper Body Days with one having a stronger focus on the pushing musculature with the other day geared more towards pulling.

The program is high volume and throughout the week you will switch between different styles of training.

One day may have more of a focus on volume with a 10 x 10 rep scheme whilst on other days the focus will be more on developing strength and power with some 5 x 5 training. Again we will stress that the program is high volume as we are big believers that one of the best ways to develop strength density and fullness is through the adaptations that can be made by increasing volume demands.

That being said it is still only once a day and if moving quickly you should be able to get through the programs in between and 1 to 1.5 hrs.

EQUIPMENT

◼︎ The program is designed to be completed in a gym or Crossfit Box. You will require access to Barbells, Dumbbells, Chin Up Bar, Benches, Kettlebells

◼︎ As a bare minimum it could be done at home with access to a Chin Up Bar or Rings along with different sets of Dumbbells
