Burn Baby Burn is a 2 Day per week conditioning program. It is a perfect beginners introduction to conditioning training or an awesome tool to add to your current workout program. Use it instead of boring cardio workouts.

Train 2 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Thursday or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for a period of 4-8 weeks.


Workout 1: is a Boxing style workout that utilises boxing combinations with jump rope conditioning.

Workout 2: Is Metabolic Conditioning work with a couple of 5 minute AMRAPS (As many rounds as possible).
