The Phoenix Movement Jump Rope Program was a new challenge to add to my movements skills. As a movement teacher, I work a lot with my body. I experience body movement in all planes and all applications, I always include in my training some cardio outside like trekking or mountain biking. As a Pilates teacher with an 18 years career, I always train my body with precision and control looking for the best form and the perfect balance. Jump Rope is a challenge because I can train coordination differently, for sure more fun but very difficult and that’s is what I want!
I decided to join because as I look into your Instagram profile from gymnastics I found Winter and she is a model for me, as I can say we look alike in some way I would love to have her abilities and maybe someday have a video together playing with movement and jumping!
