MUSCLE UP | 2 HR – FEB 1
The Phoenix Movement has a blended fusion of techniques that have been designed specifically for adults. We not only look at the HOW but also the WHY of this type of training enabling you to see the bigger picture and the many crossover benefits that can be achieved.
We have a low coach to participant ratio so you will receive lots of one on one coaching and maximise your results.
What We Teach
01 – Body Shaping and Core
The ability to hold and transition between different basic positions as well as maintain tension in the core is an essential piece on your Gymnastics journey.
02 – Bar Muscle Up Technique
We teach Bar Muscle Up Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills and Skill Development.
03 – Ring Muscle Up Technique
We teach Ring Muscle Up Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills and Skill Development.
Due to the logistical requirements of organising workshops we have strict “NO REFUND” policy. So please choose carefully when deciding to attend.
In the event that the workshop is canceled all participants will be issued a full refund or have the option to attend another workshop.
