FULL BODY BLAST

OVERVIEW

Is a 4 Week Full Body Conditioning Program that utilise a range of different training methods alongside jump rope training for maximum conditioning effects. Designed to use a minimum amount of equipment most of the workouts could be completed at home if you don’t have access to a gym.

Train 3 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for  4 - 8 weeks.

 

WORKOUTS

Day 1: Is a Full Body Workout that focuses on using a set of dumbbells and a jump rope.

Day 2: Is all about the glutes and core all you need is a yoga mat and your jump rope.

Day 3: Is a Full Body Workout that uses a set of rings or a TRX and your jump rope.
