Workshop Outline

OVERVIEW

The Phoenix Movement has been teaching the Gymnastics Program at Crossfit Torian for the last 2 years. In that time we have achieved great results with our students in all of their Gymnastic Movements.

Our team has a blended fusion of techniques that have been designed specifically for adults. We not only look at the HOW but also the WHY of this type of training enabling you to see the bigger picture and the many crossover benefits that can be achieved. We teach…

What We Teach

01 BODY SHAPING & CORE

The ability to hold and transition between different positions as well as maintain tension in the core is an essential piece on your Gymnastics journey.

02 HANDSTAND TECHNIQUE

We teach Basic Handstand Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills, Handstand Walking  along with Handstand Pushups and Pressing.

03 RING & BAR WORK

Muscle Ups and all their variations on both Rings and Bar. Learn correct techniques that can save you time and prevent injuries.

01 WE COME TO YOU

We love visiting people at their facilities and helping them improve their Gymnastics Skills. We work with all experience levels.

02 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE

To make it worthwhile for everybody we require a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 15. To ensure quality coaching.

03 DURATION

Our Gymnastics Workshops run for around 2 hrs. So get in contact and organise The Phoenix Movement to pay you a visit.
