OVERVIEW

Our Jump Rope Workouts are a collection of pure cardio workouts ranging from Beginner to Advanced. The workouts utilise the movements that you have learned at each different level and are designed for maximum fat burning and cardiovascular health. Don't waste your time on boring treadmills. BEGINNER

Our Beginner Workouts will help start you on your jump rope journey. There are 20 Different Workouts in our Beginner section and they are designed to be a gentle introduction to jumping. Allowing you to focus on building the correct body and hand position. Rhythm and consistency in your jumping along with building the necessary conditioning in your legs to move on to more advanced jumping. Don't be afraid to spend time with these workouts as we like to say "The Slow Way Is The Fast Way"  and the more time you spend perfecting your technique early on the fast you will progress when it comes to more advanced workouts and skills.

INTERMEDIATE

Our Intermediate Jump Rope Workouts are where the Jumping starts to go up a level. These workouts are a step up in intensity from the Beginner Workouts. Again with 20 Different Intermediate Jump Rope Workouts, you will never get bored with doing your cardio or getting that Fat Burn in. Our Intermediate Jump Rope Workouts are the ultimate way to increase your Fitness Levels improve Co-ordination and Balance and get you Lean!

ADVANCED

Our Advanced Jump Rope Workouts contain

15 Advanced Workouts these are our highest intensity Jump Rope Workouts. These workouts contain skills from our Advanced Skills section and will be sure to give you some serious conditioning. Squat Jumps, Double Unders, Running Crosses Are you up to the challenge?

20 Endurance Workouts. These are long workouts designed to really work that cardiovascular system. Make sure that you have fully prepared your legs before undertaking these as there is a lot of volume and they can quickly lead to overworking the lower leg for those that are underprepared. However, if you have put the effort in during our early workouts then put your headphones on, crank some tunes and get to work.

HIIT PROGRAMS

EXPLOSIVE CONDITIONING

OVERVIEW

Explosive Conditioning is a 3 Day per week conditioning program. It is a full body program with different workouts focusing on different areas of the body. The leg conditioning circuit on Day 3 is brutal and will test your mental resolve. 

Train 3 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for a period of 4 weeks.

WORKOUTS

Workout 1: We hit Upper Body with a focus on the Chest, Shoulders and Arms. 

Workout 2: We focus on our Posterior Chain and Core.

Workout 3: Is an explosive Leg Conditioning Day. 

Workout 3 is an explosive Leg Conditioning Day again requiring access to a set of dumbbells and your jump rope.

BURN BABY BURN

OVERVIEW

Burn Baby Burn is a 2 Day per week conditioning program. It is a perfect beginners introduction to conditioning training or an awesome tool to add to your current workout program. Use it instead of boring cardio workouts.

Train 2 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Thursday or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for a period of 4-8 weeks.

WORKOUTS

Workout 1: is a Boxing style workout that utilises boxing combinations with jump rope conditioning.

Workout 2: Is Metabolic Conditioning work with a couple of 5 minute AMRAPS (As many rounds as possible).

FULL BODY BLAST

OVERVIEW

Is a 4 Week Full Body Conditioning Program that utilise a range of different training methods alongside jump rope training for maximum conditioning effects. Designed to use a minimum amount of equipment most of the workouts could be completed at home if you don’t have access to a gym.

Train 3 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for  4 - 8 weeks.

 

WORKOUTS

Day 1: Is a Full Body Workout that focuses on using a set of dumbbells and a jump rope.

Day 2: Is all about the glutes and core all you need is a yoga mat and your jump rope.

Day 3: Is a Full Body Workout that uses a set of rings or a TRX and your jump rope.
