DESCRIPTION

Explosive Conditioning is a 3 Day per week conditioning program. It is a full body program with different workouts focusing on different areas of the body. The leg conditioning circuit on Day 3 is brutal and will test your mental resolve. 

Train 3 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for a period of 4 weeks.

DESCRIPTION

Burn Baby Burn is a 2 Day per week conditioning program. It is a perfect beginners introduction to conditioning training or an awesome tool to add to your current workout program. Use it instead of boring cardio workouts.

Train 2 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Thursday or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for a period of 4-8 weeks.

◼︎ Workout 1: is a Boxing style workout that utilises boxing combinations with jump rope conditioning.

Is a 4 Week Full Body Conditioning Program that utilise a range of different training methods alongside jump rope training for maximum conditioning effects. Designed to use a minimum amount of equipment most of the workouts could be completed at home if you don’t have access to a gym.

Train 3 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for  4 – 8 weeks.

◼︎ Workout 1: Is a Full Body Workout that focuses on using a set of dumbbells and a jump rope.

◼︎ Workout 2: Is all about the glutes and core all you need is a yoga mat and your jump rope.
