Explosive Conditioning is a 3 Day per week conditioning program. It is a full body program with different workouts focusing on different areas of the body. The leg conditioning circuit on Day 3 is brutal and will test your mental resolve. 

Train 3 non-consecutive days per week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or simply every other day.

This program can be undertaken for a period of 4 weeks.


Workout 1: We hit Upper Body with a focus on the Chest, Shoulders and Arms. 

Workout 2: We focus on our Posterior Chain and Core.

Workout 3: Is an explosive Leg Conditioning Day. 

Workout 3 is an explosive Leg Conditioning Day again requiring access to a set of dumbbells and your jump rope.
