I have been training with Darin and Winter for more than 3 months now, and I believe they are one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge they put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well!
They both focus on helping me to achieve my personal goals and making every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness and flexibility have increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups/core exercises, muscle-ups and lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
