I’ve been doing Crossfit for almost 6 years for now, I’m one of those guys who works hard and trains consistently in the gym, but still have yet to acquire good handstand skills and a good looking body shape because of my lifestyle and my irregular diet plans; but then everything started to change since I met Darin and Winter. For the 1 year of gymnastic classes under their passionate guiding and awesome programming, I am now able to perform a steady handstand walk, smooth and efficient muscle-ups and also some other gymnastic skills movements. BIG PLUS: that I got my six-pack and good core strength which I always thought would be something that I would never achieve. I can say if I follow their program more and more I will definitely reach my goal to become a strong athlete with good gymnastics skills!–
