Overview

The Phoenix Movement has joined forces with Coach Jade Sharp to bring you Gymnastics Workshops. Jade has over 21 years experience coaching Gymnastics and was an Australian Gymnastics Team Member 1994 -1996 along with being selected for the 1996 Olympics.

Our team has a blended fusion of techniques that have been designed specifically for adults. We not only look at the HOW but also the WHY of this type of training enabling you to see the bigger picture and the many crossover benefits that can be achieved. We teach…

What We
Teach You

Body Shaping And Core

The ability to hold and transition between different positions as well as maintain tension in the core is an essential piece on your Gymnastics journey.

Handstand Technique

We teach Basic Handstand Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills, Handstand Walking  along with Handstand Pushups and Pressing.

Rings and Bar Work

Muscle Ups and all their variations on both Rings and Bar. Learn correct techniques that can save you time and prevent injuries.

We love visiting people at their facilities and helping them improve their Gymnastics Skills. We work with all experience levels.

Minimum Attendance

To make it worthwhile for everybody we require a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 15. To ensure quality coaching.

Duration

Our Gymnastics Workshops run for around 2 hrs. So get in contact and organise The Phoenix Movement to pay you a visit.

Overview

Our Jump Rope Workshops are designed to take your jumping to the next level. Whether you are looking to improve your double unders, learn some cool new skills or just spend a couple improving your fundamentals, our workshops have got you covered.

We always have a low coach to participant ratio enabling us to personalize the experience and spend quality time with each participant. As we both learned how to jump as adults we know which drills work the best to help maximize your improvement. We teach…

What We
Teach You

01
Body Positioning

Learn correct basic body positioning, hand placement as well as fundamentals like sizing and adjusting your rope size.

Basic Jumping Techniques

Master the foundations of jumping spending time on footwork, rope control, and jumping rhythm which will greatly accelerate your progress.

03
Multiples And Rope Manipulation

Once you have the basics down it’s time to move on to some more advanced skills. Double Unders, Crossing Variations and  Rope Releases.
