Due to the recent world events surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) The Phoenix Movement have decided to put a hold on hosting any physical workshops.
As a way of doing something to help in these trying times we have decided to offer 30 days s of FREE ACCESS to all of our online programs.
In times of great uncertainty, we all need to come together and do whatever we can to help each other. Exercise has proven benefits to help decrease stress and reduce anxiety and even if we are not able to make it to the gym we should continue to move and be active. We have a range of different programs and while some do use equipment the requirements are minimal and can easily be adapted to suit an individual’s unique circumstances.
We look forward to being able to continue to host workshops in the very near future. Until then we will continue to do all we can in these trying times and encourage others to live with compassion and empathy as we are all in this together.

This program has a particular focus on the Legs and Core as they make up three of the five training days. The other two days are Upper Body Days with one having a stronger focus on the pushing musculature with the other day geared more towards pulling.
